The return of Detroit Style Pizza!

We’re excited to announce the return of Detroit style pizza at Solstice! Stop by every Wednesday and Thursday in the cafe beginning October 23rd.

We are also doubling down with a weekly pop-up every Friday night at Hood River Common House beginning October 25th from 4-8! View menu and order here. Rotating every 2 weeks.

Pizza Apprentice Program

OVERVIEW:

The Pizza Apprentice program is designed to provide paid training for the entry level cook to teach basic skills of pizza-making from start to finish. The Pizza apprentice will be trained on each step of pizza preparation from food sanitation and dough making to utilizing wood fired cooking techniques and perfecting your favorite pizza. Apprentices will walk away with the comprehensive skills to work independently, as a member of a team, cook pizzas and prepare other food items in a professional setting. Pizza Apprentices who excel will be provided the opportunity of gaining summer employment in Solstice’s culinary program.
