What are your hours?

CAFE HOURS: Open Wed & Thurs 11:30 - 8, Fri 11:30-9, Sat 11-9, Sun 11-8 | Closed Mon & Tue 

FOOD TRUCK HOURS (Located behind the restaurant): Closed for the 2024 season

You guys are so busy, when is a good time to come in?

Weekdays are usually less busy than weekends. Lunches are usually less busy than evenings. Arrive a bit earlier or later than the usual lunch & dinner times: Before noon and before 5:00.

Do you have dog-friendly seating?

No, we are no longer able to accommodate dogs on our patio or in the parklets. Trained service dogs are welcomed.

Do you do take-out?

Yes, we offer take-out, including cocktails from the restaurant! Order online here or visit our host stand.

What about a large take-out order?

Use our contact us page for questions on large orders.

Can I order a drink while I wait or to-go?

Yes, you can visit our host stand and order a beer/wine/cider to-go while you wait or to take with you. Mixed drinks require a food purchase for to-go, even if you will be dining with us.

Do you deliver?

No, at Solstice we focus on serving diners in-house and take-out orders.

Can I make reservations?

Yes, please make a reservation here on Tock. We do not accept reservations over the phone, email, or in person. If you are joining us the day of, please visit our host stand to see about availability and adding your name to the waitlist.

Do you have a corkage fee?

You are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine, the corkage fee is $15.

Do you offer catering services?

We are no longer offering offsite catering services. Our pizza truck is permanently stationed each season, and not available to move for events.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available on the street in front of the cafe, as well as in the parking lot directly behind the cafe.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, through our rear entrance. Please park in the back parking lot and enter there, otherwise, you must go around the entire building.

Is Solstice a good place to bring a large party?

We’d love to try to accommodate you, but please be aware of our small space. We have the capacity to seat large parties on our outdoor covered patio up to 12, and indoors up to 8. We do not have private space, room rentals, or private catering at this time.

Is Solstice a good place to bring children?

Yes, we adore them and have a kids menu. We are located across the street from the delightful Hood River Waterfront Park playground.

Do you accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Apple Pay, etc.?

Yes, all of the above. But remember, cash really helps the small business owner avoid exorbitant credit card merchant fees.

I had the best pizza/salad/entree of my life last week, but it’s not available anymore! How can I have it again?

Our special pizzas come and go like the seasons but they will be back. Also, our talented chefs love working for us because they get to be creative and source in-season goods. Please like our Facebook or Instagram page for new specials!

I’m a vegetarian, gluten-free, or have other dietary needs. Can I eat at Solstice?

Yes! We take great pride in offering many options for folks with special diets and food sensitivities. Let us know while ordering, and we’ll let you know what we can do. Please note however that we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination, especially in regard to gluten-free. Since pizza is our primary offering, flour is everywhere in our kitchen. We offer “gluten-friendly” pizza: while the dough is technically gluten free, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination in a shared kitchen space.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, both our regular and gluten-friendly crusts are vegan. We also have Follow your Heart cheese that can be substitute to any order.
